setupを実行するとpluginがインストールされる
Text Templateという名称でリボンUIにプラグインに表示される
選択して開くとウィンドウの下側にaddやeditなどの表示がある
addで追加。 タイトル、カテゴリ、insert内容
【注意】入力の際に、convert Line Feeds into<br> tags? のチェックは外しておく
editeで編集
